Development Resources
Midtown Atlanta's growing reputation as a top-tier business, leisure and residential destination is due in no small part to the ongoing work of the Midtown Alliance, a non-profit partnership of business and civic leaders. For more than 30 years, we've stimulated the physical development of Midtown while promoting the area's spectacular array of assets.
Our staff is here to assist the development community with the design of high-quality projects that conform with the goals outlined in the Blueprint Midtown master plan. We provide economic data, maps, development trends, zoning consultation and other information to assist property owners and developers in the build-out of a livable, sustainable Midtown Atlanta.
