Ellie Hensley

Ellie Hensley joined Midtown Alliance in 2019. Her role includes running the organization’s hyperlocal News Center and social media platforms. 

Previously, Ellie was a reporter at Atlanta Business Chronicle, where she covered topics that ranged from health care to real estate and Georgia’s film and television industry. She also worked as a publicist for Allied Global Marketing, a marketing agency whose clients include some of the world’s largest entertainment, consumer and lifestyle brands.

Ellie holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri. She has lived in Atlanta since 2012, and Midtown is her favorite neighborhood in the city because it has both tall trees and tall buildings. On the weekends, Ellie enjoys kayaking, biking and hiking.
