New South Construction was founded in March of 1990 by Doug Davidson, Chairman/CEO. Since our first project 29 years ago, we believed service to our customers would provide and establish a path for our company’s future. Continuing with our mission, some of our long-standing clients include: Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, The Atlanta Braves, Emory University, General Mills and Wesleyan School, and Woodward Academy with markets in office, housing, industrial, aviation, government, and education.
