Julie Harlan

Julie joined the Midtown Alliance team in March 2019 as Program Manager of Midtown Transportation. She has since transitioned to a Project Manager role, focusing on planning and capital projects. Before joining the Midtown Alliance team, Julie worked as the General Manager of Atlanta’s Relay Bike Share where she oversaw the completion of launch and the operation of Atlanta’s first bikeshare. Julie graduated from Georgia State University with a Masters of Public Policy, urban design and development. She is passionate about diversifying the ways in which we can navigate and interact with our city. Julie is an Atlanta native and, when she is not working, you can probably find her biking around the city marveling at all of the changes!
