Midtown Mobile App Terms and Conditions
This app is intended for use by members of Midtown Alliance at the invitation of Midtown Alliance. We reserve the right to discontinue this service at any time. Information and offers presented in this app are subject to change.
Privacy Policy
Midtown Alliance ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Midtown mobile application (the "Service"). This page explains our policies regarding collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not collect or use your Personal Information. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Log Data
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information, which offers you have redeemed and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Location Information
We may use and store information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our Service, and to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.
Do Not Track Disclosure
We support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

Children's Privacy
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a Child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 1, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
