Experience the beauty of outdoor painting at Atlanta’s 12th Annual Olmsted Plein Air Invitational, April 18 - 26, 2026. Enjoy stunning artwork, a relaxing atmosphere, and the chance to find unique, original pieces to add to your art collection from the 30 Invited Artists.
The Olmsted Plein Air Invitational is a 9-day congenial competition among top outdoor painters from across the United States and includes:
*Exhibition Gallery with more than 300 original works (Open Daily 4/19-4/26 - hours vary- FREE)
*Artful Talks and Demonstrations presented daily (FREE)
*Artist Welcome Reception 4/21 (Ticketed)
*BIG Petite Reveal 4/23 (Ticketed)
*Artist Awards & Collectors Soiree 4/25 (Ticketed)
*PaintQuick - 2 Hour Timed Painting Competition 4/26 - Artists of all skill levels invited to register ($25). Open and FREE to the public. To be held in Winn Park in the Ansley Park neighborhood.
*Judges Panel Discussion 4/26 - Are you an art collector, want to start collecting, an art aficionado - hear the judges discuss what they look for in a winning painting and why they selected winners in the competition.
