On Sept. 21 from 1:30 to 3 p.m., fall in love with cacao beans all over again at Epicurean Theatre’s “Chocolate 101.” During this educational tasting, guests will discover all kinds of cacao varietals and how the places of origin influence the flavors and aromas before they become beloved chocolate bars. The event is led by legendary foodie Lou Bank and includes a welcome cacao cocktail, a tasting with five chocolates, and a cacao seed sampling. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased online.*
*A portion of proceeds from all September theatre events will benefit Giving Kitchen’s Dining with Gratitude campaign to help raise crucial funds for food service workers in crisis.
