We're excited to launch the newest public space in Midtown, Commercial Row Commons, with a community party! This project shows what's possible by trading a handful of on-street parking spots to create community space including public art, landscaping and seating along with enhanced safety for people on foot, on bikes and in cars.

Come and mingle with your neighbors and enjoy tasty food from Savi Provisions and Cafe Agora. You can have a drink on us if you RSVP here in advance. There will be live jazz music from Akeem Marable & 3AM trio, a 360 photobooth + more.

Located adjacent to the Atlanta History Center's Midtown campus, the new plaza is also now home to a flock of colorful swallows suspended overhead by a catenary system and a permanent bronze sculpture titled "Sole Sitter" by Willie Cole - acquired by the City to reinforce the connection between public art and public space.

The event is located just one block from the Midtown MARTA Station at the intersection of Peachtree Street and Peachtree Place.

See you there!
