Pastry chef AJ DeDiego returns to the Epicurean Theatre for an Easy-Bake Workshop (Sept. 10, 6:30-8 p.m.) featuring three crowd-pleasing desserts and wines to match. During the tasting and demonstration, DeDiego will show guests how to make his perfect chocolate cake, lemon blueberry cheesecake and chai spice cinnamon rolls, with each dessert paired with a wine. Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased online.
