Pastry Chef AJ DeDiego leads a hands-on dessert workshop inside the Epicurean Theatre with Holiday Baking Like a Champ (Dec. 18). He will demo Profiteroles, Pumpkin Mousse Pie, and his childhood favorite, Magic Peanut Butter Middles. Tickets cost $50 per person (21+) and include three desserts and three wine pairings. Tickets can be purchased online.
