Move your body, meet your neighbors, and enjoy free outdoor fitness at Midtown Green!
Join Midtown Alliance every Thursday evening in September and October for Moves on the Green, a free community fitness series designed to bring people together through movement, fresh air, and connection.
Come solo, bring a friend, or meet your neighbors while enjoying an evening of movement in the heart of Midtown. 🌇✨
💃 October: Cardio Dance | Thursdays in October | 5:30 PM
Turn up the music and get moving with this fun, high-energy dance workout led by veteran instructor Dawn Peck! 🎶 Each class combines easy-to-follow choreography with a mix of Zumba, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Reggae, Reggaeton, and other upbeat rhythms that will keep your heart pumping and your energy high. No dance experience is necessary; just come ready to move, sweat, and have fun! 🕺💃

• 🧘 Yoga mat (Pilates participants)

• 👟 Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes

🍎 Stick around after class to enjoy complimentary snacks, cool down, and connect with fellow participants.

🚶🏽♀️ Getting There:
Find Midtown Green at 98 14th St., across from the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. It’s one block south from the Arts Center MARTA station, and there is bike parking onsite.
Parking:
Self-paid parking is also available in the Promenade deck, accessible from 14th St and 15th St.
