Reverence is serving a polished New Year’s Eve Four Course Prix-Fixe Dinner, complete with bread service, amuse, and a complimentary champagne toast. Menu highlights include:
• Scallop Crudo with warm Serrano–tomato marmalade and winter citrus
• Crispy Octopus with cannellini beans, smoked olives, and nduja vinaigrette
• Filet Mignon and Foie Gras with potato gratin and truffled umami reduction
• Basque Cheesecake with persimmon chutney and whipped cream
