Atlanta's Olmsted Plein Air Invitational has grown into one of the nation's top art events over the past decade. Now in its 12th year, it continues to showcase some of the finest plein air artists while growing Atlanta's art scene. Our strong reputation for excellence consistently attracts top artists and judges, keeping alive a deep appreciation for plein air painting.
This year's Invitational will feature 30 nationally and regionally recognized artists. Attendees can expect an immersive experience celebrating creativity, community and the timeless art of painting outdoors.
The nine-day show includes daily artist talks/demonstrations (Free), an exhibition gallery that grows and changes each day, evening events - Tuesday 4/21 Artist Welcome Reception; Thursday 4/23 BIG Petite Reveal; Saturday 4/25 Artist Awards & Collectors Soiree. On Sunday 2/26 experience the PaintQuick in Winn Park in the Ansley Park neighborhood.
