On March 30 at 6:30 p.m., Monday Night Brewing and Saltwood at Loews Atlanta Hotel will be hosting a pop-up five-course dinner. Tickets are available through Resy for $85 per person.

Lead Restaurant Chef Travis Cox and Executive Pastry Chef Allison Poirier have designed a deliciously playful menu to pair with a selection of Monday Night Brewing’s selections:

Course 1: Savory crawfish beignets paired with Blind Pirate Blood Orange IPA
Course 2: Pork belly and Sweet Potato Haystack paired with Dr. Robot Berry Lemon Sour
Course 3: Tilefish with white asparagus in a saffron nage paired with Imaginary Grace
Course 4: Smoked beef with crispy new potatoes and broccoli rabe paired with Death Raptor IPA
Course 5: Chocolate breton sandwich filled with a milk stout ganache, coffee caramel and cocoa nib streusel paired with Tears of My Enemies
