San Francisco Coffee Roasting Company Announces Grand Opening of New Midtown Atlanta Location
Atlanta, GA — After more than 30 years of roasting coffee in Atlanta, San Francisco Coffee Roasting Company is expanding to Midtown with the grand opening of its newest location at 1441 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Just in time for 404 day.
San Francisco Coffee Roasting Company has been roasting coffee in-house at its Virginia-Highland location since 1992, supplying its cafés with small-batch roasted beans and building a loyal following across Atlanta. San Francisco Coffee is ready to bring this signature blend of quality, personality, and community to one of Atlanta’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods.
The Midtown location will feature:
Small-batch coffee roasted in-house at San Francisco Coffee’s Virginia-Highland coffeehouse
Espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, and seasonal specialty beverages
House-made syrups and rotating seasonal drinks
Fresh baked goods and breakfast and lunch offerings
Rotating local art displays
Outdoor patio seating in the heart of Midtown
Live local musicians during opening weekend

The new location, situated at 1441 Peachtree Street NE, offers a bright, inviting space designed for both quick stops and lingering conversations, continuing the cozy, community-focused experience San Francisco Coffee has built over more than three decades. The shop is located within The Loria Ansley, while remaining open and welcoming to the broader Midtown community.

Founded by Doug and Tanya Bond, San Francisco Coffee Roasting Company has been roasting coffee in Atlanta since 1992, with existing locations in Virginia-Highland, Candler Park, and the Georgia Tech campus, along with a previous location in Poncey-Highland. The Midtown coffeehouse opening marks the company’s newest Atlanta location and continued commitment to local coffee, community, and craft.
