Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Artist-in-Residence Anna Geniushene returns to play Schumann’s marvelously genial Piano Concerto, with its beaming repartee between piano and orchestra. After intermission, Music Director Nathalie Stutzmann unleashes the mighty Atlanta Symphony Orchestra brass in Bruckner's epic Symphony No. 5, a piece that traverses the space between hymn-like poignance and Herculean muscle.
