Details

Families of COVID victims and “long COVID” survivors will gather for the second annual COVID March to Remember. The public event takes place alongside dozens in cities across the country hosted by COVID Survivors for Change, Yellow Heart Memorial, and Faces of COVID Victims. Participants aim to take more than one million collective steps to remember those who died from COVID, honor all “long haulers,” and raise awareness about the ongoing needs of the COVID survivor community. The Atlanta event will be a gathering only (no march) featuring speeches from an elected official, frontline healthcare workers, and those from the COVID survivor community. Activists will also speak about how to get involved with legislative advocacy and survivor engagement. Masks are required.
