Join us on the CODA rooftop for a lunchtime sound bath, a chance to put your screen aside, settle in and enjoy the sounds of singing bowls alongside your CODA neighbors.
New to sound baths? You can sit comfortably or lie down on a yoga mat while listening to the sounds of crystal singing bowls. No meditation experience needed, just settle in and enjoy a little time for yourself.
Whether you’re curious to try something new or simply ready for a pause in your day, we’d love to have you.
