Join the Epicurean Theatre for an evening of fine wine during this 5-course steak dinner with a curated menu by Executive Chef, Henry Tapia, and wine pairings by sommelier, Brian White! Indulge in a series of 5 strategic food and wine pairings – Chef Henry’s dishes will showcase steak dishes featuring Brasstown Beef, while Brian provides insight about the cabernet varietal.
