Epicurean Atlanta welcomes acclaimed Atlanta restaurant O-Ku for an interactive five-course dining experience (April 23, 7–9 p.m.). Guests will explore the techniques and flavors of Japanese cuisine alongside the restaurant’s culinary team, with a menu featuring Spinach Salad paired with Southern Beauty Sake, Hiramasa Crudo paired with Drunken Whale Sake, Bluefin Tuna Flight paired with Mana True Vision Sake, Otoro Handroll (interactive) paired with Bride of the Fox Sake, and Cherry & Cream Crepe Cake.
