Epicurean Theatre takes guests on a culinary journey through five South American countries during the Tour of South America Wine Dinner (Oct. 23, 7-9 p.m.). The five-course menu draws inspiration from the flavors and culinary traditions of Chile, Peru, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, with dishes including Chilean Sea Bass, Anticucho-Spiced Octopus, Coffee-Crusted Duck Breast, Braised Beef Short Rib, and Caramelized Pear & Dulce de Leche. The demonstration, tasting and wine pairing is $75 per person, with tickets available online.
