On Sept. 12 from 6:30 to 8 p.m., learn to craft a masterpiece at Epicurean Theatre’s “Wine & Charcuterie Workshop.” Led by the experts at The Gathering Board, this popular class is back after three sold-out sessions and shares how to cut and display three cheeses, create a salami rose, and choose a balanced variety of accoutrements. Guests will enjoy fresh focaccia and roasted garlic olive oil dip and two glasses of wine while crafting their custom board. Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased online.*
*A portion of proceeds from all September theatre events will benefit Giving Kitchen’s Dining with Gratitude campaign to help raise crucial funds for food service workers in crisis.
