This edition of Wine & Design brings together fashion, comics, and cultural storytelling with scholar Regina N. Bradley, Ph.D. The evening begins with time to sip, shop, and settle in before a guided walk-through of The HOODIE: Identity, Power, Protest. Afterward, Dr. Bradley leads a focused conversation on how the hoodie functions as a symbol of resistance, identity, and social commentary across comic history. Attendees will explore how a familiar garment gains narrative power and how artists use it to challenge norms, uplift marginalized voices, and deepen character meaning.
