Covenant Community, Inc. (CCI) was established in 1990 as an outreach program of All Saints’ Episcopal Church in response to the observed addiction in homeless men frequenting their night shelter. Today we are an accredited residential, life-stabilization program for homeless men recovering from substance abuse. We provide the necessary tools and resources to help our clients achieve life stabilization, employment, and independent housing, enabling them to return to their families and community as productive citizens.
