Saltwood Charcuterie & Bar offers a high-quality, yet casual dining concept named for the menu’s emphasis on salted, cured meats and classically rustic presentation on wood blocks. Executive chef Olivier Gaupin, a native of Orleans, France, borrows both from his European roots and a decade living in the American South, to bring a creative and refined approach to local ingredients and cooking traditions.

Midtown’s Best Kept Lunch Secret” by Atlanta Magazine in 2018, Harvest, the customizable, gourmet salad experience is available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Guests have the options of more than 80 ingredients, including three proteins of poultry, beef and fish, leafy greens, fruits and vegetables, seeds and grains, locally-sourced oils, vinegars and cheeses, house-made dressings, and a variety of salts and spices
