Midtown Alliance Public Safety and Operations Teams Relocate to New Space

Midtown Alliance’s supplemental public safety and maintenance teams are relocating to a new operations center in the district.
The Midtown Blue and Clean & Green teams have been working this summer to rehab the former Opus Place sales center at 98 14th Street, which was part of the four-acre property acquired by the Midtown Improvement District in 2025. The move coincides with the opening of temporary improvements this fall at the new Midtown Green, creating more efficiencies for Midtown Alliance personnel to oversee and maintain the district’s newest public space.
“The Fieldhouse”
The 4,800-square-foot operations center, known as “The Fieldhouse,” includes offices and meeting spaces to coordinate the essential activities for a clean and safe district.
Inside, Midtown Blue public safety officers staff work shoulder to shoulder with APD Zone 5 officers to communicate, monitor conditions and assign patrols within the 1.2 square mile Midtown Improvement District. And Midtown Alliance’s Clean & Green teams have nearby access to a secured maintenance equipment storage room beneath an adjacent office building that offers more space than the prior location.
