Biltmore House is a unique historic residential community nestled in the heart of Midtown. Formerly known as “Biltmore Apartments” and built adjacent to The Biltmore in 1924, the building was converted into a guest suite hotel and continued operations until 1998, several years after the adjacent hotel had closed. After minimal adaptation of common areas, the apartments were converted to condominiums and the building was renamed Biltmore House in 1999.
