Cap off your summer by celebrating the 45th anniversary of one of the most beloved adventure films of all time: Steven Spielberg and George Lucas’ Raiders of the Lost Ark. In perhaps his most iconic role, Harrison Ford stars as renegade archaeologist Indiana Jones. With a little help from his past love (Karen Allen) and an old friend (John Rhys-Davies), Indy races to recover the all-powerful Ark of the Covenant before the Nazis can get their hands on it. Paying tribute to the Saturday matinee serials of the 1940s, Raiders of the Lost Ark still sets the gold standard for modern adventure cinema more than four decades on.
Tickets for the film, part of the SCADshow Summer series, are free for SCAD Card holders; $5 for other students, seniors, and military; and $8 for the general public.
