Todd is President of Urban Retail Advisors, a full-service real estate advisory providing retail placemaking and positioning services to developers, municipalities and economic development organizations. Additionally, he is a Senior Vice President at Oakhurst Realty Partners and has over 25 years of experience in restaurants and retail brokerage, with specialties in mixed-use developments and downtown urban/suburban cores. Todd is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Chairman of the Atlanta Urban Plan for Communities programs.
He holds a Masters Certificate in Urban Planning and Economic Development, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
