Midtown Blue and Green Staffers Recognized for Excellence in Action

Published: 12/05/19

The staffers working with Midtown Alliance’s Midtown Blue and Green teams work hard behind-the-scenes to ensure that Midtown is an exceptional place to live, work and visit.

Those who spend time in Midtown probably see the Midtown Blue public safety team and Midtown Green maintenance and landscaping team out on the job often. But ironically, the work these staffers do that is most vital to the district usually happens behind the scenes. These often strenuous, outdoor tasks are performed during all hours of the day, sometimes in unforgiving weather conditions.

Both Midtown Blue and Midtown Green have existed for two decades, and together the teams have about 40 employees. Recently Midtown Alliance Director of Public Safety Marcus Neville recognized four team members with Excellence in Action awards for their 2019 efforts. Read why each person received this commendation below.
