Midtown EcoDistrict Luminary Program

Recognizing businesses, buildings, and organizations that are setting the pace for sustainability in Midtown.

Luminaries is a certification program created to highlight businesses and buildings in Midtown that have made a significant commitment to green practices. Participants earn points in five categories by implementing specific initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable Midtown. The program offers checklists for office buildings, residential buildings, hotels, office tenants, and restaurants. Participants are rated Green or Gold Level based on the points they score on the checklist.

Those interested in receiving recognition or working towards recognition should submit the Application Form. Applicants will be sent a checklist. If you do not score enough points to qualify for the program, we will work with you to improve your score. View our EcoDistrict Resources.

For residential buildings, is there a minimum # of units my building must have to qualify?
Yes.  Residential buildings must have at least 12 units to qualify for the program. 

Do you charge a fee to apply for this program?
We do not charge a fee at this time.
