Logging your rides earns you points, and more points means greater chances to win prizes like the grand prize: a V2 Edison Electric Bike! Atlanta Songwriter Series

Tuesday, October 11 | 5pm - 7pm | Peachtree St and 15th St

In partnership with Zero Mile, Midtown Alliance is excited to bring live music back to Arts District Plaza with the Atlanta Songwriter Series. Concerts will be free and open to the public. This concert on October 11 will feature The Four Fathers and include free bike valet, free soft pretzels, and an opportunity to win prizes from Big Peach Ride + Run. Bike-In Movie @ Coda

Thursday, October 13 | 7pm-9pm | Coda at Tech Square (756 West Peachtree Street)

Please join us for a bike-in movie, featuring The Nightmare Before Christmas, to celebrate Biketober! Food will be available to purchase from restaurants within The Collective Food Hall, and free bike tune-ups will be offered to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP here!

 

Bike Maintenance + Community Class

UPDATE: Class moved to Wednesday, October 26 | 6pm - 7pm | The Meadow at Piedmont Park, off Charles Allen Dr

Come learn from an expert mechanic! This free class will help beginner and advanced riders alike. Topics to be covered include:

  • Basic pre-ride checks
  • Gear to have at home and on the go
  • Riding for errands
  • Safety tips: driveways, filtering to the front, types of roads, and more
  • Finding people to bike with - group rides, resources, and more
  • Q&A

Light snacks and refreshments will also be provided. RSVP today!

 

Critical Mass Kickoff

Friday, October 28 | 4:30pm - 6pm | Dancing Goats Midtown Parklet (33 Peachtree Pl NE)

Taking MARTA to Critical Mass? Stop by our Critical Mass Kickoff for free coffee, snacks, and swag so you'll be ready to roll!

Critical Mass is a 10-15 mi group bike ride that starts in Woodruff Park on the last Friday of every month. Sustainability in Action Bike Tour

Saturday, October 29 | 10am - 1pm | Starts at 659 Auburn Avenue NE; tour includes Midtown

The “Sustainability in Action” Bike Tour, hosted by Bike Tours of Atlanta, takes you up close and personal on best practices and innovations relating to environmental, economic, and social sustainability in a city embracing the defining challenges of our times.

On this 3-hour, 11-mile immersion, you’ll see why Atlanta is increasingly applauded for green building, trees and greenspace, business vitality, water conservation, land use, innovation, and more.
